River Club at Carlton is a premier gated community located in the special town of Indian River Shores, Vero Beach on Orchid Island, a barrier island that faces the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Indian River Lagoon to the west. With over 120 acres of luxuriously landscaped grounds, majestic live oaks and three freshwater lakes, the community includes two clubhouses, each with its own pool and spa, a fitness center, har-tru clay tennis court and easy kayak access to the river. Both clubhouses include living rooms with bars, and fully equipped kitchens. An added benefit for residents is the four guest suites at the Yacht Club each with living room, kitchen and separate bedroom and bath.

Our community is strictly limited to 200 residences comprised of estate homes that front the Indian River Lagoon, single-family residences, our Weybridge neighborhood featuring attached homes, and four condominium buildings with six units per building entered by private elevator opening directly into the foyer of each unit. All homes adhere to our community standard of architectural cohesiveness featuring tile roofs and expansive landscaping. Management of the community is provided by Castle Group. Guard house is manned from 7am to 8 pm with 24/7 security cameras.
